The Palms, Towradgi
Custom home | Under construction
This project involves the full design and documentation of a large, multi-level custom home on a highly exposed corner site with complex geometry, tapering boundaries, and three public-facing elevations.
The design responds directly to these constraints, managing privacy, scale, and outlook through a clear organising gesture. A mature palm tree planted at the exposed corner extends through the first floor to define the entry and anchor a double-height atrium and feature staircase at the centre of the home.
The brief includes a basement level, lift access, five bedrooms, home theatre, open-plan living spaces, a large alfresco area, pool and pool house, all resolved within a constrained footprint.
Construction is currently underway. Final photography and video will be added on completion.
